Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

This page answers the questions people usually ask about privacy on travelhotelsinfo.com. It covers the site and any email you send us. The site is run by the Travel Hotels Info team (“we”).

Do you track me?

We don’t run analytics, advertising networks or social media pixels ourselves, and our fonts and images load from our own domain. But every page loads a script from Travelpayouts, the travel affiliate network we work with. The script loads further code and connects to the servers it uses (when we last checked: tp-em.com, emrld.cc, mn-tz.com and travelpayouts.com). It can turn links to, and mentions of, airlines, hotels, booking sites and other travel services into affiliate links, show travel suggestions and measure how readers use them. To do that, it sets a cookie in your browser (am_user_session), may use similar identifiers, and sends details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you’re reading and the links you click to those servers.

Can I avoid that?

Yes. Block third-party cookies or scripts in your browser’s settings or with a content blocker. Our guides work the same without them; links then go straight to the travel company without crediting us.

Then what does your server record?

Our hosting company’s servers automatically log each request, including the IP address, browser type, page, referring page and time. That’s standard for any website. The logs help keep the site online and protect it from abuse; we don’t use them to identify readers.

What happens if I email you?

We get your email address, whatever name you sign with and the message itself. We use them to reply and for nothing else, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

Do you sell or share information?

We don’t sell personal information or pass it to advertisers. Travelpayouts receives the information described above directly from your browser when its script runs, and uses it to credit bookings made through our links and to run its service; its own privacy policy at travelpayouts.com explains how. Apart from that, the only companies involved are our web host and email provider, which process data on our behalf. We would disclose information if we were legally required to.

Where is it stored, and for how long?

Our providers may keep data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, with safeguards where the law requires them. Server logs are kept for a limited time, and we delete emails when the conversation is over.

What can I ask you to do?

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to delete it. Email support [at] travelhotelsinfo [dot] com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. Several U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia, give residents rights over their personal data. You don’t need to live in one of them to make a request. We don’t use personal information for targeted ads or build profiles ourselves. If you’d rather Travelpayouts didn’t collect information about your visit, block third-party cookies and scripts as described above. Readers in the UK or the European Economic Area have similar rights under data protection law and can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) or their local data protection authority.

Is the site meant for children?

No. It’s written for adults and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect children’s information, and we’ll delete it if we find we have.

What about the websites you link to?

We link to government agencies, travel companies and other sources we don’t control. Once you follow a link, including an affiliate link, the other website’s privacy policy applies.

Will this page change?

Only if the way we handle information changes. We’ll update the date at the top when it does.
